Value Server-HOST2 (Seattle) load is over 90... Again...

This seems to be a regular thing these days. The Seattle Value Server shows a server load that 100 times higher than the other servers in the system. I've submitted tickets about this before and haven't gotten any replies. What's going on?

If DVH can't get this straightened out, I'm going to need to move to a different server. Or hosting company.

    Thanks for the information. Perhaps every five minutes isn't often enough. First thing this morning, the server load was at 90 again:

    90.02 122 Days 22:52:46

    I appreciate that the machine has had 122 days of uptime, but what good is that if none of the Drupal-based sites can operate.

    Is there any way to find out what the offending process is? In the past week, I've gotten 500 errors more time than not. I need to change this.

    we have put in a automated system in place which brings down the load by suspending resource intenisve scripts every 5 minutes. This has ensured that Host2 has the best uptimes. We are working to make this even better..
