So what's in your cPanel

So my tickets have gone unanswered and unresolved for two weeks. I hope everyone else is doing better than me, but I see a few that seem just as frustrated. So now I pose to anyone listening: in you DVH account, do you have Fantastico? Are the software loading scripts up to date? Do you even have a Drupal-loading script ready to go? When you try to load WordPress, among others, do you get:
