No Cpanel with Fantastico (over 50 latest web applications autoinstalled)

Hi
I am unable to see the fantastico for installing web apps like blogs, forums
The error message is No cPAddons configuration found. Please contact your host and ask that they configure cPAddons.
anybody else facing problems.
