Excellent!

Mar 13: Well, I have just signed up. I will make sure to post about my experiences, my account is only 2 minutes old so I can't say much yet. I'll keep you posted!

Edit (next day): so far so good, I am very happy with it. The CPanel does what it needs to, I am not a newbie so no surprises there. I am not yet sure if it is much faster than my previous provider, but it certainly is not slow. I am transferring my sites as we speak, all seems to go well.

Conclusion, so far nothing but praise! I'll update this review as I proceed.

Edit (Mar 15): Sent in a ticket with an mx-records request, and within two hours I got a friendly message back that the change had been made. Amit, if you keep up this level of service, I'm warning you, you'll NEVER get rid of me anymore :)

Also, running my most resource intensive website (http://tierelantijnonline.com which is a web store), I noticed it is much faster than the same site with my old provider.

Edit (Mar 23): After a few weeks of "tinkering" and setting up my sites, I truly must say I am impressed. My sites are notably faster, and whereas I had a lot of "CPU exceed" messages at my previous provider, I have not had them ever since I moved here. I sent 2 tickets, both got answered within hours.

DVH, I am a loyal customer and I felt bad "abandoning" my previous provider, in general they have been good to be. But I really think I have found my new home. Thank you, and may your service always remain this excellent!
