Being a niche webhost serving the resource intensive Drupal platform at such affordable price points can be quite challenging! But we appreciate your help in supporting DVH, and promise that your sites will get the best hardware and the best support that they truely deserve!

Please share concerns and feedback, I will be glad to share details on any aspect of your questions

Still getting intermittent slowness, and just started getting 500 errors again (just before 2.00pm British Summer Time)

Has the work that was hoped to prevent this been completed, or is it still in progress?

It would be wonderful to see dvh bounce back wile my sites were up much of the time, I was one of the lucky ones I had a few other things and I was forced to move or loose my clients. But I do miss the fast speeds when dvh was rocking.

Hope you come back soon bigger and even better.

I was also thinking there's a lot of tickets. I'm hoping though that most of the tickets might be of a similar nature and therefore when one problem is fixed, it's addressing numerous issues. I know, I've probably over-simplified it.

I've moved my sites to a temp host for the time being and can't wait to get back to the screaming speeds of dvh.
