Drupal.org: Another satisfied customer of Drupal Value Hosting

Just wanted to share a positive story about Drupal Value Hosting. I just switched over to DVH because they've received praise on these forums and offer services I required such as SSH.
While setting up my site I realized that they did not have vim installed on the server. I submitted a medium urgency support ticket to see if it would be possible to install the vim-enhanced package (CentOS). In just over 30 minutes I received the following email.
Hi Kyle,
VIM installed now :)

From my previous experiences with hosting providers I was expecting to get a copy/pasted call center response along the lines of "it's against policy..." or "our security team will have to review your request..."
