DNS help! support not request. [Ticket ID: 116023] DNS problem 3d-panorama.ru

problem - im write | NameServer1: ns1.drupalvaluehosting.com
| NameServer2: ns2.drupalvaluehosting.com
in my control panel of domain 3d-panorama.ru
answer - NS is not available with domain 3d-panorama.ru!

Unable to 3d-panorama.ru zone for a domain with DNS-server ns2.drupalvaluehosting.com.

Until zone for the domain 3d-panorama.ru still not set for all these you DNS-servers, you can leave a list of DNS-servers empty. Once the zone will be set for all servers - you can go back to the domain and specify the desired DNS-server.

    Hello!

    Yesterday, I created the panel in an additional domain 3D-panorama.ru. Then tried to change a DNS registrar of domain names on WebNames.Ru ns1.drupalvaluehosting.com and ns2.drupalvaluehosting.com. But received an error:

    Unable to get zone for the domain 3d-panorama.ru with DNS-server
    > Ns2.drupalvaluehosting.com.
    > Until zone for the domain 3d-panorama.ru still not set for all these
    > You DNS-servers,
    > You can leave a list of DNS-servers empty. Once the zone
    > Will be set for all servers?
    > You can go back to the domain and specify the desired DNS-server.

    Then I asked for explanation of the error to the registrar of domain names WebNames.Ru next response I received:
