Customers from other webhosts using our support system!

I got to share this :)

Last 2 days we were in contact with someone over our support email address.

The person was having issues with the site transferred over the hosting account. We asked for the domain name so that i could investigate.

It looked like to me that the .htaccess file had some custom stuff which was incompatible, so we requested for the ftp access details, since i could not locate the domain on our DVH admin panel.

lol, strangely, we got the access details to the site hosted at strato.de (a German hosting company!)... anyways, we fixed the error with the .htaccess file and emailed back the solution to the support requester.

But dont you think this was pretty strange, getting support requests for drupal from other webhosting company customers...
